We understand how hard it can be to reach out. The initial consultation is a gentle, confidential conversation. No pressure, no judgment. Just space. You'll meet with one of our trained survivors (someone who truly understands). Together, we’ll: Explore what support feels safest for you right now. Identify immediate needs (emotional, physical, legal, spiritual). Discuss your rights, options, and next steps only if and when you're ready. It will be the first steps to building a trauma-informed care plan tailored to your journey. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. This is your space to ask questions, set boundaries, or simply be heard.
