Group Counseling
Healing Together in Sacred Community
Service Description
There’s power in shared stories, not in comparison, but in connection. Our survivor-led group counseling sessions offer a supportive, confidential space where survivors can find strength in each other, speak their truths, and heal without shame. Each group is: - Facilitated by trauma-informed counselors who are also survivors. - Centered around trust, safety, consent, and emotional regulation. - Designed to meet specific needs (early healing, long-term recovery, spiritual grief, boundary-setting, identity exploration, etc.) - Grounded in somatic awareness, narrative therapy, and peer solidarity. Group topics may include: - Rebuilding self-trust and intuition. - Managing trauma responses (triggers, flashbacks, shutdown, etc.) - Redefining relationships, intimacy, and boundaries. - Processing grief, rage, and reclamation. You’ll never be forced to speak or share. Your presence alone is participation. We honor you wherever you are in your journey. Together, we rise.
